Within Singapore

Alternatively, you can also Bank Transfer via ATM transfer or Internet Banking to POSB Savings 048-29515-0
Please send an SMS or Whatsapp to 96191452 with the following details so we can track your payment.
Amount Transferred, Name, Time of transfer. We will process the order immediately once we confirm that we have received the funds.

Outside of Singapore

a) Within Malaysia Only : Bank Transfer to our Maybank Malaysia Account : In order for us to track your order, please send us an SMS or Whatsapp to 96191452 as soon as you have done the fund transfer so we can update your order asap. Please include the following details in the email. Amount Transferred, Name, Time of transfer.

Postage within Singapore (By Qexpress)

SHIPPING CHARGES CURRENTLY WAIVED FOR ALL LOCAL DELIVERIES. NO MINIMUM SPEND. ITEM WILL BE SENT OUT BY COURIER SERVICE WHENEVER POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE, PACKAGES WILL BE SENT BY SINGAPORE POST

You will receive your item within 2-4 working days* of placing and paying for your order.

* Orders placed and paid for before 12noon from Monday to Friday will usually be sent out on the day itself. Orders placed and paid for after 12noon from Monday to Friday will usually be sent out the following day. Orders placed and paid for on Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday. Subject to mail collection and delivery timing by Singapore Post.

Postage rates are very competitive and will automatically be calculated when you check out your shopping cart. All overseas shipping will be done through DHL or Registered Air Parcel. Delivery of the parcel will take approxmately 5-15 working days from time of postage in Singapore depending on the destination country.

We currently offer Qexpress International / DHL Courier to the following countries:

Malaysia

Delivery by Courier will take between approximately 2-5 working days to Malaysia but may reach up to 14 days if you are in East Malaysia depending on the location and remoteness. If your country is not on the list, please email josh@julieroberts.com.sg to arrange for delivery.

We provide a 7 day money back guarantee for our products covering all manufacturing faults.
